I've made an order since 10th February, I've payed for it... Today is 18th March.
The order N E V E R delivered. I have no idea what's going on. I am really disappointed and obviously I've lost my money.
Update: this is the tracking number and the carrier is Spring GDS. You have replied an email for this order although the parcel never delivered.
The Cinnetic Panther Evolution Extra Sensitive rod ordered for was in time delivered. The rod shows quality and reliability. I can make splendid casts on the beach and so good catch. This is real value for money.
The product arrive with a minimal day. However I had to return it and that is where things have gone badly wrong. Returns are through WaveInn designated courier and can be tracked through their website. My return has been in the local warehouse for 6 weeks with no sign of movement. I have contacted customer services several times, who say this is due to Brexit and Covid and that I must just wait.....I have asked for un updated ETA and reassurance that it hasn't been lost but am again told to wait. 6 weeks and it hasn't even left the UK! (they are apparently based in Spain). Based on my experience, I suggest only ordering if you know you won't need to return.

This was meant to be delivered within a week.
Waiting 7 weeks for delivery is poor and I have had no communication form the company explaining why.

Well after reading alot of negative comments I was concerned. But given the whole of the world is in chaos , my Shimano rod arrived in good time. Well packaged and the tracking was spot on. Would definitely recommend.
